1. Software License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software products in accordance with these Terms and the license type you have purchased.
1.2 License Types
Perpetual Licenses
- One-time purchase for permanent use of the software
- Optional annual maintenance subscription available for updates and priority support
- Without maintenance, you may continue using your licensed version indefinitely

1.3 License Activation
Our software products use electronic licensing through license keys, license files, or other activation methods. You are responsible for maintaining your license credentials and ensuring proper activation.

You may use our software products according to the license type purchased and for their intended purposes. The software is licensed, not sold, and your rights are limited to those expressly granted in these Terms.
1.5 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the software to third parties
- Use the software in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Use the software beyond the scope of your purchased license
2. Trial Period
2.1 Trial Availability
We offer a 15-day trial period for our software products. The trial allows you to evaluate the software’s functionality and compatibility with your systems before making a purchase decision.
2.2 Trial Features
Trial versions may include:
- Full functionality for the trial period
- Access to all features and capabilities
- Standard technical support
- Future products may have feature limitations during trial
2.3 Trial Duration
The trial period begins upon first activation or use of the software and expires 15 days thereafter. No purchase is required to access the trial.
2.4 Trial to Purchase
If you choose to purchase after your trial period, you will receive license credentials for continued use. The transition from trial to licensed software should be seamless without requiring reinstallation.
3. Purchase Channels and Merchant Information
3.1 Direct Sales via Paddle
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for purchases made directly from our website. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for these transactions. By purchasing through our website, you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.
3.2 Autodesk App Store Sales
Autodesk, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Autodesk App Store. Autodesk handles billing, customer service, and returns for App Store transactions. Your purchase is also subject to Autodesk’s End User License Agreement and App Store terms.
3.3 License Consistency
Regardless of where you purchase the software, the license terms and your rights to use the software remain the same as specified in these Terms.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: Current pricing for all products and services is displayed at the time of purchase
- Perpetual Licenses: One-time fee for permanent use rights
- Maintenance: Optional annual fees for perpetual license holders
- Payment Processing: All payments processed by the respective Merchant of Record
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy below
4.2 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Our Merchants of Record may collect taxes as required by law.
4.3 Currency
Pricing may vary by region and currency based on the purchase channel used.
4.4 Maintenance Billing
For maintenance subscriptions:
- Maintenance subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You will be charged the then-current maintenance fee
- You may cancel at any time; maintenance benefits continue until the end of the current billing period
5. User Obligations
5.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials and license information
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with these Terms
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the software’s functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property

AeroRND retains all right, title, and interest in our software products, including all intellectual property rights. The software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
If the software allows you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the software functionality.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about our software products may be used by AeroRND without restriction or compensation.
7. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Software Updates, Maintenance, and Support
8.1 Perpetual License Rights
Your perpetual license allows you to use the purchased version of the software indefinitely, even without maintenance.
8.2 Maintenance Subscription Benefits
With an active maintenance subscription, you receive:
- Access to all software updates and new versions
- Priority technical support
- Bug fixes and security updates
- New features and functionality
8.3 Lapsed Maintenance
If your maintenance subscription expires:
- You retain the right to use your last eligible version
- No access to new updates or versions
- Limited support only (installation and basic operation)
- You may renew maintenance at any time to regain update access
8.4 Technical Support
- Trial Users: Limited support for installation and basic operation during trial period
- Perpetual with Maintenance: Priority support for all issues including complex troubleshooting and AutoCAD compatibility
- Perpetual without Maintenance: Limited support for installation and basic operation only
- Billing and payment support is provided by the respective Merchant of Record
- Support availability and response times are not guaranteed
8.5 Update Delivery and System Requirements
- Updates are available through website download and may require internet connectivity
- You are responsible for ensuring your system meets minimum requirements for the software version you are using
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AERORND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
9.3 Maximum Liability
AeroRND’s total liability for any claims related to the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your license at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling the software.
10.2 Termination by Us
AeroRND may terminate your license or maintenance subscription immediately if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination for breach, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the court system in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes to Terms
AeroRND may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Changes become effective 30 days after posting unless otherwise specified. We may also send email notifications as a courtesy, but posting on our website constitutes official notice. Your continued use of the software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Refund Policy
All Sales Final
All software purchases are final upon completion of the transaction. By offering a 15-day trial period, we provide customers the opportunity to fully evaluate our software before making a purchase decision.
Customer Satisfaction Commitment
AeroRND stands behind our software products and is committed to customer satisfaction. While all sales are final, we may provide discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
